Thank you for your interest in Summit Gymnastics Academy Birthdays! The SGA Birthday Party is FUN for kids and EASY for parents. We hope you'll also consider the SGA Party Room for holidays and other special events!

We schedule parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons (ask about additional options).

Your party includes having the gym to yourself for 90 minutes with an SGA Party Coach to guide you and your guests through games, activities, birthday song, cake cutting/eating and gift opening. Birthday parents are encouraged to relax (play when you want to), entertain adult guests and take photos. Feel free to bring any food, drinks and decorations. You are welcome to use the SGA party room, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and restrooms.

Cost of the SGA Birthday Party is $145 for the first 10 guests (ages 2-12) and $10 per additional guest (please inform the SGA front desk 1 week in advance if you plan to have more than 12 guests so that we may provide adequate supervision). A nonrefundable deposit of $40 is due at time of booking to reserve your time and space.

Note: All participants must have a waiver/registration form filled out by a parent or guardian. These forms may be picked up from the SGA front desk during or following party reservations and should be given to guests when they are invited. Guests may sign registration forms when entering the party but this is discouraged. Waivers from students currently enrolled in SGA classes need not be duplicated.

The Party Agenda

The SGA Birthday Party is 90 minutes long. This is the perfect amount of time to give kids a taste of what the gym has to offer and leave them walking out the door excited about your party.

Many of our parties begin with a gathering time of about 10 minutes centered around an obstacle course activity.

A parachute activity followed by a welcoming circle is then usually appropriate.

Kids at SGA are always excited about the Tumble Trak Trampoline and the Foam Pit (always with safety rules first). We fit in several games that may include Gymnastics, Hula Hoops, 4-Wheeled Scooters, The Limbo Game, games with balls, Foam Wars, etc. depending on what your particular group is interested in.

After about 50 minutes of these various activities, your SGA Party Coach will call the crowd over for the birthday song and birthday cake.

After a few more minutes of play time in the gym, the SGA Party Coach will lead in opening gifts, keep a gift list and then end the party with an appropriate closing circle and give each guest a birthday themed rubber stamp.

Of course, these events can be arranged in any order that you prefer. Some events may added or deleted. It's your party! But you can be sure that your SGA Party Coach will ensure a safe, FUN, easy experience for you, your child and your guests.

Note: Most of the items on this list are above & beyond the call of the average parent. We don't recommend over-doing it here. Food is not usually expected outside of lunch time. Ice Cream is an expensive mess. Pinatas take away from play time. And what really happens to the contents of a gift bag when the party's over? We can assure you that your child's friends will be very interested in the SGA gym equipment and not so interested in your food and decorations. Impress yourself and your adult guests if you must. But....
