SGA Policies

  • Registration/Waiver Form

    SGA requires that all students and other participants of SGA functions have a Registration/Wairver Form filled out by a parent or guardian. Insurance Carriers must be provided and all Signatures & Dates must be included before participants may use the gym.

  • Registration Fee

    An annual registration fee of $35 per student is required for all students. A family will not be charged more than $60 per year in registration fees regardless of the number of students in the family participating in SGA programs.

  • Choosing A Class To Attend

    SGA asks that a student registers for a particular class on a particular day of the week. In order to keep our class enrollment under the maximum of students per class, please choose a class and attend it regularly. If a make-up is needed, please visit the SGA front desk in person or call the SGA front desk at (928) 526-0644. The SGA front desk can help you find a similar class that has less than the maximum number of students to fit your needs for a make-up.

  • Butterflies?(18mos.-3yrs.) Or Dragonflies?(3-4yrs.)

    Considering placing your 3 year-old in an SGA Dragonflies class? Please do so only if he or she passes the following test: All Dragonflies students must return to the group if requested to do so by the class instructor. Most 3 year-olds have this skill. If your 3 year-old doesn't have this particular skill, stick with the Butterflies class and give him or her a few months. -You'll be surprised at what wonders a little more time can bring.

  • Birthday Deposits

    There is a $40 non-refundable deposit to reserve Birthday Party time and space. If for any reason you are not able to attend the party that you booked earlier, you may apply your deposit toward a party at a different date and time. Please understand that when a party is canceled, SGA often loses more than this amount by not having enough time to refill the time slot.

    SGA has full-day camps when FUSD has scheduled days off. Perfect for working parents. Ages 4-12 are welcome from 7:30am - 5:30pm for games, music & lots of good friends!

    		 Happy Birthday from SGA! Let the experts at SGA entertain your guests and clean up your mess. Our party coaches lead games, gymnastics activities, the Birthday Song, cake cutting and gift opening. SGA is Flagstaff's "Funnest" Birthday!

    		 Share time with your child and other families at Flagstaff's best indoor play facility. Ages 5 & Under can play on obstacle courses, bars & rings, balance beams, climbing rope, foam pit, a 30ft trampoline and more! Mondays & Thursdays 10am - Noon (Sept. thru May). Only $5 per child ($8 for two).
