School's Out! Friday June 10th.
Back To School! Thursday August 18th.

Summer Camp Dates

Monday June 13th - Wednesday August 17th.
Closed Monday July 4th (Independence Day).

Appropriate Ages

Boys & Girls Ages 4-12 (No Exceptions Please).

Summer Camp Times

Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm (exception: Closed Monday July 4th for Independence Day).

SGA 2011 Summer Camp Field Trip Activities

• Starlite Lanes Bowling
• Flagstaff Aquaplex Swimming
• Harkins Movie Theatres (*Arrive At Camp Early On Wednesdays!)
• Flagstaff Aquaplex Swimming
• Friday (All Day) On-Site Pajama Day!

FUSD yellow school buses are used for transportation to Harkins Theatres and Starlite Lanes. Campers walk 1/4 mile across Route 66 and down 4th Street to the Flagstaff Aquaplex.

SGA 2011 Summer Camp Daily Activities (Monday-Friday)

• 7:30-9:00am Free Play
• 9:00am Snack Time
• 9:15-11:30am (Except On Wednesday Harkins Theatres Day 9:00-11:30am) Gymnastics, Games, Crafts.
• 11:30am-Noon Lunch
• Noon-12:30pm Quiet Time (Bring Book, Art Pad, Game, Electronics, etc.)
• 12:30-1:00pm Games/Prepare For Afternoon Field Trip
• 1:00-3:00pm Afternoon Field Trip
  Starlite Lanes Bowling
  Flagstaff Aquaplex Swimming
  Pajama Day On-Site Movie
• 3:00-3:15pm Snack Time
• 3:15-4:00pm Games, Music, Crafts, Fun
• 4:00-4:30pm Show & Tell
• 4:30-5:30pm Free Play/Pick-Up Time

What To Bring To Camp

• Water Bottle
• Sack Lunch (Please No Popcorn, No Heating, No Refrigeration)
• (2) Snacks (For 9am & 3pm Snack Times)
• Camp T-Shirt For All Field Trips
• Tennis Shoes For All Field Trips (No Flip Flops Or Sandals Please)
• Swim Gear For Tuesday/Thursday Swimming
• Arrive Before 9:00am On Wednesday Harkins Theatres Day
• Book, Art Pad, Game, Electronics, etc. For Quiet Time
• Show & Tell Everyday At 4:00pm

Camp Rules

• Food & Drinks (Other than Water) may only be consumed in the Food Room at appropriate Eating Times (9am Snack, 11:30am Lunch, 3pm Snack). Campers may not sneak food and drink from their cubbies at any other times. Please don't let your child eat while gathering to leave the gym. Following these guidelines will greatly help SGA to maintain a clean facility.
• Please leave all electronic communications devices at home. No Cell Phones Allowed. If your child needs to contact you, he or she may use the SGA front desk phone. You may always call and talk to your child by calling the SGA front desk at (928) 526-0644. We feel that your child should be interacting with children and staff at Summer Camp.
• Electronic entertainment devices (gaming systems, mp3 players, etc.) are only allowed before 9:00am, during Quiet Time from Noon-12:30pm and after 4:30pm.
• Personal items from home should remain in cubby area unless called for at the SGA Summer Camp staff's discretion.
• SGA has a Zero Tolerance Policy on Physical Violence. One thrown punch will be reason for SGA to refund a family's unused deposits and send a child home for the Summer.
• Very little Verbal Bickering will be tolerated. SGA is a Safe & Wholesome Environment for all children. Any cursing will be reason for SGA to refund a family's unused deposits and send a child home for the Summer.
