Does my gymnast need a leotard?
Nope! Gymnasts can wear anything comfortable. We recommend a fitted shirt that won’t ride up when going upside down, hair tied back in a ponytail, and no jewelry.
What should my Ninja Warrior wear?
Athletic clothing and athletic shoes (like sneakers) are required. No sandals, boots, or Crocs.
Do I have to wait for a new session to sign up?
Nope! Our programs run continuously year-round. You can join at any time.
Can we pause our account if we want to take a break?
We don’t offer account pauses, but you can drop your child from class with two weeks’ notice.
We missed a class—what are our options?
You can schedule a makeup class within two weeks of the missed class. Use the parent portal or contact the front desk to schedule.
Do classes continue during the summer?
Yes! Classes run year-round, including summer. If you plan to take a break, please give two weeks’ notice. As a summer perk, we offer prorated tuition for up to 3 weeks of planned vacations.
Can we transfer to a different class?
Yes! Just contact the front desk and we’ll help you switch to a class that works better for your schedule.
How do I unenroll my child?
Let the front desk know. We require two weeks’ notice to process the drop.
What if my child’s coach isn’t the right fit?
We want every child to have a great experience. If you feel your coach isn’t the best match, let the front desk know. We’ll do our best to find a coach who’s a better fit for your child’s personality and needs.
