- Duration 1 hour 25 minutes
- One class per week (twice a week is recommended)
-Once a week is $119 a month.
-Twice a week is $226.10 a month.
Skills taught in this class include:
Standing back handsprings and front handsprings on floor
-Levers and dismounts on rings.
-Handstands & dismounts on parallel bars.
-Handstand tree falls on vault.
